Career Reset is a 12-week private 1:1 career transition experience for the woman who’s done trying to figure out her next move alone—and wants expert support figuring out what she actually wants, making a smart decision about what comes next, and building the strategy to go after it.
You do not need to come with the answer.
You don't need a target job title.
You don't need a perfectly mapped-out career pivot.
You don't even need to know whether you want to stay in your industry.
You can come knowing only: “I cannot keep doing this.”
That's enough to start.
12 weeks | Private 1:1 | $7,000
CAREER RESET
You're ready to know what the hell you're doing with your career again.
You want to know what you're actually working toward.
You want to open LinkedIn and know which opportunities deserve your attention—and which ones absolutely do not.
You want someone to ask: “So what do you want next?”
...without your brain immediately short-circuiting.
You want to understand what you're ridiculously good at.
What you want more of.
What you're no longer willing to tolerate.
What kind of work actually fits the life you have now.
And how all of that translates into a real career move.
You want to stop wondering if you're playing too small.
Or asking for too much.
Or throwing away everything you've built.
Or about to make a very expensive mistake because you're so desperate to leave that literally anything looks better from where you're sitting.
You want to be able to look at an opportunity and ask:
“Is this actually right for me?”
Instead of: “Please God, can this just get me out of my stupid current job?”
You don't need your entire career mapped out for the next 20 years.
You just want to know: Wtf do I want next?
Why does it make sense for me?
And how the HELL do I get there?
That's what we're going to figure out.
BECAUSE RIGHT NOW?
You open LinkedIn.
Search a few job titles.
Read a job description.
Think: I could do this.
Then immediately: But do I WANT to do this?
Close tab.
Open another.
Maybe you should stay in your industry.
Maybe you should leave it completely.
Maybe you need a bigger role.
Maybe the absolute last thing you need is more responsibility.
Maybe you're burned out and everything would feel better at a different company.
Or maybe you've spent years climbing a ladder you don't even want to be on anymore.
So you research.
You journal.
You take another career quiz.
You ask your best friend what she thinks you'd be good at.
You rewrite your resume even though you don't actually know what you're rewriting it for.
You save jobs you never apply to.
THIS IS IT. I'M GETTING OUT.
And maybe every few months you get a burst of:
...only to end up right back where you started.
But underneath all that indecision is something else you might not be saying out loud:
What if I choose wrong?
What if I leave and hate the next job too?
What if I take a pay cut I regret?
What if I pivot and discover nobody understands how my experience translates?
What if I start over?
What if I make another “good on paper” decision and find myself right back here two years from now?
So you keep thinking.
Because staying feels awful.
But choosing wrong feels terrifying.
And career limbo starts feeling safer than making a decision.
You need a way to make a better career decision.
That's Career Reset.
This isn't just job-search coaching.
And it's definitely not a resume service with some coaching sprinkled on top.
That weird space between:
“I know this isn't working anymore.”
and
“I know what I'm moving toward, why it makes sense for me, and how I'm going to pursue it.”
Then we figure out what you actually want.
We explore what's possible.
We pressure-test those possibilities.
We narrow them down.
We make decisions.
We build the strategy.
We strengthen how you position yourself.
And then I stay in your corner as you start taking that strategy into the real world.
The applications.
The conversations.
The interviews.
The opportunities.
The decisions.
The negotiations.
The “Jane, they just emailed me and I don't know what to do” moments.
Because you don't just need more options.
You need a trusted way to decide which options are actually worth pursuing.
Before I was helping women build careers that actually fit their lives, I was very, very good at following the rules. (I’m a Capricorn, so yeah...)
I’m an immigrant and a millennial. I got the memo early:
Get educated. Work hard.
Keep proving yourself.
Success and security will follow.
So I did.
i can help because i've been there
All the way to two PhDs. USAID. Johns Hopkins.
A whole career dedicated to improving women’s lives.
On paper?
I had fuckin made it.
In real life?
I was pregnant, sitting at my desk from 7am to 7pm, overworked and underpaid—and still being told I needed to do more.
And that was the mindfuck.
Because what do you do when you've done everything you were supposed to do...
...and the career you worked so hard to build doesn't feel like a life you want anymore?
I remember sitting there thinking:
What the actual fuck. I’m doing all of it.
That was the lesson I apparently needed two PhDs to learn.
DOING MORE WAS NEVER THE ANSWER.
Four months postpartum, I quit.
But quitting wasn't the transformation.
I had to separate what I actually wanted from what I'd been taught to want.
Figure out which parts of my experience I wanted to carry forward.
Decide what success needed to look like in this version of my life.
Learn how to position everything I'd already done for somewhere new.
And then actually make the move.
That's why Career Reset exists.
Seven years later, I’m still doing it.
Seven years later, I’m a National Certified Resume Writer (NCRW), a second-generation demographer, and I’ve sat on both sides of the hiring table: as the woman fighting for the opportunity and the person deciding who moves forward.
But I also know this experience from the inside.
I know what it's like when your career looks successful enough that part of you thinks you should just be grateful...
...while another part of you is screaming:
I cannot fucking do this anymore.
You don't need me to tell you to quit your job.
You don't need me to decide your next career for you.
You need space, strategy and somebody experienced enough to help you figure out what your right next move actually is—and then help you make it.
Because loving women is my blood type.
I took the mission I’d always had and pointed it at women’s paychecks.
Their titles.
Their careers.
Their ability to thrive.
I was you.
Nobody taught us the rules.
So now I do.
And this time, you get to decide what winning actually looks like.
BECAUSE RIGHT NOW?
That question changed my career.
And eventually, it changed my work.
Because I started seeing versions of the same story everywhere.
Smart, capable, ambitious women who had spent years doing the “right” things...and suddenly had no freaking clue what they wanted anymore.
Not because they'd failed.
Not because they weren't ambitious enough.
Because they'd changed.
Their lives changed.
Their priorities changed.
What they wanted from work changed.
But their careers were still being run by decisions made by a version of themselves who didn't exist anymore.
That's the woman I built Career Reset for.
And here's what I've learned: when you're standing in the middle of your own career, it is incredibly difficult to see it clearly.
You know too much.
You're too close to it.
You know every mistake.
Every weird career detour.
Every reason something “probably wouldn't work.”
So you keep trying to think your way to certainty using the same information you've already been thinking about for months.
Sometimes you don't need more information.
You need someone who can see the patterns you can't.
Someone who can say:
“You're dismissing this too quickly.”
“You're playing smaller than your experience supports.”
“You keep saying you want X, but everything you've told me points to Y.”
“This opportunity looks good on paper, but does it actually meet the criteria we said mattered?”
And sometimes:“We don't know enough yet. Let's figure out what information we need before you make this decision.”
That's the role I play.
I'm not here to make your career decisions for you.
I'm here to help you make better ones.
First, we figure out why your career doesn't fit anymore—and what needs to be different this time.
We look at your experience, strengths, values, priorities, patterns, frustrations, ambitions and the realities of your life now.
What do you want more of?
Less of?
What are you ridiculously good at that you've stopped noticing because it comes naturally?
What have you outgrown?
What are you no longer willing to tolerate?
What does success look like now—not ten years ago when you made half the decisions that got you here?
You leave this phase with: clear criteria for what your next move needs to give you.
We're no longer using:“Anything but this.”
...as the strategy.
Career Reset follows a five-phase process: Reflect → Explore → Strategize → Elevate → Thrive.
This isn't five modules I'm going to dump into your dashboard and ask you to complete.
It's the framework I use to guide us through your transition so we're solving the right problem at the right time.
Then we stop drowning in possibilities and figure out which ones are actually worth your attention.
Different roles.
Different environments.
Different industries.
Different ways of using the experience you've already built.
We're not randomly brainstorming careers that sound fun.
We're identifying realistic possibilities and pressure-testing them.
Does this fit what you said you wanted?
What would the transition require?
How does your experience translate?
Are you interested because it's genuinely aligned—or because you're desperate for an escape hatch?
You leave this phase with: a focused set of career directions worth pursuing instead of 900 vague possibilities living in your head.
Once we know where you're going, we figure out how you're going to get there.
What does the market need to understand about you?
Which parts of your experience matter most?
How do we connect where you've been to where you're going?
What gaps need addressing?
What opportunities belong on your radar?
What doesn't deserve your time?
Where should you actually be putting your energy?
You leave this phase with: a defined transition strategy and clear next steps.
No more random career activity just so you can feel like you're doing something.
Now we make sure the market understands the value you bring.
Your resume.
Your LinkedIn.
Your career story.
Your networking approach.
Your applications.
How you explain your experience.
How you communicate a pivot.
How you talk about your value without sounding like you swallowed a corporate buzzword generator.
We build your core career assets collaboratively.
I bring the positioning strategy, frameworks, coaching and feedback.
You learn what's working, what isn't and why.
You leave this phase with: strong foundational career materials and a story that supports where you're going—not just where you've been.
Then we navigate the moments when everything gets very, very real.
The recruiter reaches out.
The interview gets scheduled.
You're suddenly in round three.
They ask about salary.
An offer lands.
Or maybe two opportunities appear and neither is obviously “the one.”
This is where we go back to everything we've built.
We prepare.
We evaluate.
We negotiate.
We decide.
And if you accept a new role during our work together, we can shift our attention toward entering that next chapter intentionally.
You leave this phase with: a framework for evaluating opportunities and making career decisions from clarity instead of desperation.
Private 1:1 coaching
A standing place to bring the decisions, questions and opportunities in front of you.
We look at what's happening, solve what needs solving and decide what comes next.
The RESET Method
A structure for the transition so you're not waking up every week wondering what career task you're supposed to be doing now.
Collaborative career materials
We build your core positioning and foundational materials together.
I bring the strategy and feedback.
You understand the final product well enough to use it without needing someone to rewrite your career story every time you see a new job.
Your private career dashboard
Your resources, exercises, plans, materials and session recordings live in one place so you can see what we're building and where you're going.
Between-session support
You'll have defined access to me between sessions for the questions and situations that arise as you implement your strategy.
Because important career moments have an annoying habit of not waiting for our next scheduled call.
The point is what we're able to do with it. For 12 weeks, I'm close enough to your transition to understand the context.
I know what you said you wanted. I know why we ruled something out.
I know what you've been afraid of. I know where you tend to minimize yourself.
I know what we're building. So when something happens, we're not starting from: “Okay, give me your entire career history.”
I already know.
We can get straight to: What does this mean?
Does it fit?
What's the smartest next move?
Strategic support when the stakes are higher
You handle routine tailoring and execution.
But when an important opportunity, interview, decision or negotiation comes up, we can use our work together strategically.
I stay focused on the places where my judgment adds the most value.
That's what we're really working toward. Not having your entire career mapped out for the next 20 years.
Not discovering the one magical job you were put on this earth to do.
Just finally having clear answers to:
What do I want next?
Why does it make sense for me?
What am I actually looking for?
How do I position myself for it?
And what do I need to do now?
By the end of our 12 weeks together, the goal is for you to have:
A direction you actually believe in.
Not a random job title we picked because it sounded good.
A direction we've explored, questioned and pressure-tested against what you want from your career and life now.
A filter for opportunities. So every recruiter message and interesting job posting doesn't send you into another existential crisis.
You know what fits. What doesn't. And what deserves a closer look.
A strategy for making the move.
You know what you're pursuing, why you're pursuing it, where your energy belongs and what your next steps are. A career story that makes sense.
You can explain what you've done, what you're good at and where you're going without minimizing yourself, overexplaining or trying to become someone you're not.
Core career materials that support where you're going. And more importantly, you understand them well enough to use and adapt them as opportunities arise.
A smarter way to navigate your job search.
Less random scrolling.
Less “I guess I could do this.”
Less spending three hours tweaking something that doesn't actually matter.
More focused action around opportunities that fit the strategy we've built.
A framework for making career decisions.
Because I don't just want you to know how to make this move.
I want you to understand yourself well enough to make the next one better too.
And underneath all of that? Relief.
The kind that comes from finally being able to say:
Okay. I know what I'm doing now.
You may not control exactly when an employer says yes.
But you're no longer wandering around hoping the right career finds you.
You know what you're building—and you know how to keep moving toward it.
Because yes. It's a significant investment.
And if you're going to spend $7,000 on career coaching, you should understand exactly what you're paying for.
You're not paying me $7,000 to make your resume prettier.
You're not paying me $7,000 for twelve lovely conversations about how much you hate your job.
And you're definitely not paying me $7,000 to hand you a pile of worksheets and say:
“Okay girl! Go figure it out!”
You're investing in 12 weeks of having my strategic brain applied to your career.
First, we figure out what the hell you actually want.
Then we figure out how to get you there.
The direction. The decisions.
The positioning. The strategy.
The story. The core materials.
The search. The opportunities.
The interviews. The negotiation.
And all those moments in between when you would normally open twelve browser tabs, text three friends, overthink yourself into oblivion and still not know what to do.
I bring the strategy.
I bring the structure.
I bring the outside perspective.
I help you see patterns you can't see when you're standing in the middle of your own career. I challenge the assumptions keeping you stuck.
I help you distinguish an opportunity that genuinely fits from one that simply looks better than the job you're trying to escape.
And because we're doing this together for 12 weeks, you don't have to explain your entire career from scratch every time you need help.
I already know the context.
You still show up.
You still make the decisions.
You still take the actions only you can take.
But you do not have to carry the whole damn thing by yourself anymore.
“Jane. I genuinely have NO idea what I want. Am I too early for this?”
You do not need a target role before Career Reset. Reflect and Explore exist because we need to understand what you're moving toward before we build the strategy for getting there. You can arrive knowing: “I don't know what I want. I just know this isn't it.” We can start there.
“What if I'm afraid of making the wrong move?” Good. Not because I want you terrified.
Because I don't think the answer is pretending every career decision is risk-free.
We're going to look at your options strategically. We'll establish criteria.
Explore possibilities. Pressure-test assumptions. Look at what a transition would actually require.
And use that information to make a more informed decision. I cannot promise you'll never change your mind again. You're a human being. You're allowed to change.
But the goal is to stop making major career decisions based primarily on what you're trying to escape.
“How do I know if $7,000 is worth it for me?”
That's something I want you to decide based on what you need, what Career Reset provides and where you are in your transition.
I'm not going to tell you spending $7,000 magically guarantees a particular salary, job or financial return.
It doesn't.
What you're investing in is private strategic support through a major career transition—and a process designed to help you leave with a clearer direction, stronger positioning, an actionable strategy and a framework you can continue using after our work ends.
That's also why you don't enroll from this page.
You apply first.
If I believe Career Reset may be aligned with what you need, we'll talk before you make that decision.
“How much time is this going to add to my life?”
There will be work.I won't pretend otherwise. But Career Reset is not designed to bury you in busywork. One of the reasons we create a strategy is so you can stop spending your limited time and energy on career activity that isn't taking you anywhere. Focused doesn't mean effortless.
It means we know why you're doing what you're doing.
“Do you write my resume and LinkedIn for me?”
Career Reset is collaborative.
We'll develop your positioning and core career materials together, and I'll provide strategic coaching and feedback throughout that process.
I want you to understand what your materials say, why they say it and how to adapt them as your career evolves.
I am not an unlimited done-for-you writing service.
“Are you going to make me customize my resume and write a cover letter for every single job?”
No ma'am.
You'll handle routine tailoring and execution using the strategy and foundations we've built.
For particularly important opportunities, we can look strategically at your positioning and approach together.
I'm not interested in creating unnecessary busywork for either of us.
“What if I don't find a job during the 12 weeks?”
I'm not going to sell you a fantasy.I cannot control the job market.
I cannot control how long a company takes to make a decision. I cannot control hiring freezes, internal candidates or a hiring manager deciding they suddenly need fourteen rounds of interviews and a presentation to the CEO's dog.
So no, I don't guarantee you'll have a job by week 12.
What we're building is the part we can control:
Your direction.
Your decision criteria.
Your strategy.
Your positioning.
Your core career materials.
Your approach to the market.
Your ability to evaluate opportunities.
Your interview and negotiation strategy.
And your ability to continue executing after our formal work together ends.
We're not manufacturing the fastest possible exit.
We're building a better next move.
“What if I land a job before we finish?”
Beautiful.
Career Reset moves with your transition.
We can shift our work toward evaluating the opportunity, negotiation, decision-making and preparing you to enter the role intentionally.
This isn't a rigid curriculum I need you to finish.
It's support for the transition you're actually experiencing.
“I've tried career coaching before. How is this different?”
Career Reset isn't built around one isolated piece of the problem.
We're not assuming your problem is your resume.
We're not assuming you already know your target role.
And we're not having one conversation about your strengths and sending you off to figure out the rest.
We have 12 weeks to move through the transition together—from figuring out what you actually want to building the strategy and navigating what happens when you start pursuing it.
The continuity is part of the value.
You don't need to figure out your entire career before you ask for help.
You just need to be honest that you don't want to stay here.
Maybe your next move is bigger.
Maybe it's quieter.
Maybe it's a different industry.
Maybe it's a role you've never considered.
Maybe the answer is something you can't see yet because you've been staring at the same possibilities for too damn long.
You don't need to know that today.
And once we find a direction worth pursuing?
We build the strategy.
We strengthen how you show up.
We focus your energy on the opportunities that actually make sense.
And you make your next career move knowing:
This is what I'm moving toward.
This is why.
