It's 6am and your alarm goes off and before your feet even touch the floor — before the coffee, before the first breath of the day — your brain is already running the list. The Slack you didn't respond to. The meeting you're dreading. The project that's somehow become your entire personality.
You're not behind. You tell yourself that.
And yet.
There's this quiet, low-grade buzz that lives somewhere between your chest and your stomach — the one that never fully goes away. Not on weekends. Not on vacation. Not even on the good days, when everything technically went fine.
You know what that buzz is, even if you haven't said it out loud yet.
It's the sound of a life that doesn't fit anymore.
The degree. Maybe two. The entry-level grind. The "just be patient" years. The smile through the reorgs and the budget cuts and the manager who took credit for your work and the raise that was somehow 3% again.
You kept going. Because that's what you do. Because stopping felt like failing. Because "at least it's stable" became a thing you actually believed — or at least repeated enough times that it started to feel true.
But here's what's also true:
You scroll LinkedIn like it's a toxic ex. Half-hoping, half-dreading. Watching other women announce dream jobs and six-figure salaries and "I can't believe this is my life" energy — and feeling that thing. That complicated, shameful, nobody-can-know thing. The one that's equal parts inspired and quietly nauseous.
You've rewritten your resume at midnight and then closed the laptop without sending anything.
You've told yourself "I'll make a move once things calm down at work" — and then watched season after season pass without anything changing.
You've convinced yourself that maybe this is just what adult life feels like. That the exhaustion is normal. That wanting more is ungrateful. That you should just be thankful you have a job.
And underneath all of that — underneath the performing and the over-delivering and the "I'm fine, just busy" — there's a version of you that is so. damn. tired. of pretending that fine is enough.
You wake up on a Wednesday and notice — actually notice — that the buzz is gone. The chest tightness that you had normalized as "just how mornings feel" isn't there.
You sit in a negotiation meeting and you don't shrink. You know your number. You say it without apologizing. You wait.
You log off. Actually log off. At a reasonable hour. And you don't spend the evening mentally replaying your day because your brain has been given somewhere to put all of that now.
You get the offer. You read it once, close your laptop, and go make dinner. Not because you're not excited — because you're not surprised. You built toward this. You knew it was coming.
You send your application for the role that six months ago felt like it was written for someone else — someone braver, more qualified, more ready — and you feel none of those things. You feel certain.
THIS IS NOT A COURSE.
IT IS NOT A GROUP PROGRAM.
There are no strangers on a Zoom call who don't know your industry. There are no generic worksheets that could have been written for anyone.
This is 12 weeks of private 1:1 coaching — you and me, every single week — building a career strategy so specific to your life, your goals, your industry, and your bandwidth that it would never work for anyone else.
Because it was never meant to.
The people in your life notice something. Your partner. Your friends. Maybe even you, in the mirror on a random Thursday. You're lighter. You're laughing at things again. You have opinions about things that have nothing to do with work.
You stop performing gratitude for a job that was draining you. And you finally — finally — feel proud of yourself. Not for surviving. For choosing.
BRITNEY SPEARS FAN, MUSCLE MOMMY, HYPE-GIRL
For years, I did everything “right.” I had built an “amazing” career, earned every single degree you could think of, led the global teams, and checked every box that was supposed to feel fulfilling.
And for a while, it did! Until all of a sudden and all at once: it didn’t.
Somewhere between the nonstop deadlines, the quiet burnout, and the version of me who was always “fine,” I realized I wasn’t actually living the life I’d worked so hard to build! At all!
And when I became a mom and then literally almost died (yea we gotta talk about that) , that realization hit even harder.
AND NOW?
Now, I help ladies just like you do the same: women who are ready for their careers to match who they’ve become, not who they were ten years (and 2.5 promotions) ago.
Through my signature Career RESET framework, I help you get clear on what’s next, rebuild your strategy, and take confident action toward a career that feels aligned, well-paid, and actually livable.
Because you don’t need another pep talk or personality quiz. You need a plan that honors your ambition and your peace…and that’s exactly what we’ll build together.
A private coaching experience for the ambitious professional woman who is done settling for a career that looks good on paper and feels like nothing in real life.
Here is what I need you to understand about how we work together before you read another word: I am not your ghostwriter. I am your strategist.
I will not write your resume for you. What I will do is coach you until your resume sounds like the most compelling, most accurate, most you document you have ever put your name on — and you will understand every word of it well enough to rewrite it yourself for every role you ever apply to for the rest of your career.
You will never need to pay someone else to tell your story again.
(Want me to write it for you? Add the Career Glow Up at checkout for $800. But most women who go through the Reset find they don't need it — because they finally know how to own their story.)
STEP 01

Your first session sets the strategy for your RESET, whether you’re rebuilding or accelerating.
STEP 03
Each week, we meet to review progress, refine materials, and implement your next steps with clarity and confidence.

Before You Talk Yourself Out of It…
"$7,500 is a significant investment." It is. It's also less than one month of the salary increase my clients negotiate after we work together. It's less than the cost of another year in the wrong role — in income you're not earning, time you're not getting back, and a version of your life you're still not living. This is not a spa day. It is a strategy that pays for itself.
"I don't have time." This program was built for women whose time is not their own. One 60-minute call per week. Focused, structured, nothing wasted. If you have time to scroll job boards at 10pm — and I know you do — you have time for this.
"What if it doesn't work for me?" Every part of the RESET Method is built around your specific goals, your industry, your life, and your bandwidth. You are not dropped into a group and left to navigate alone. You have me — every week, between sessions, for the full 12 weeks — until it lands.
"I've tried before and nothing changed." You tried alone. Or you tried something generic that wasn't built for a woman carrying what you're carrying. This is different because we are not just working on what job comes next — we are working on how you understand and own your value, permanently. That changes everything that comes after.
"I'll wait until things calm down." You have said that before. The chaos does not clear. You just decide — at some point — that your peace is non-negotiable. The only question is whether that point is now or another year from now.
Let's talk
You're gonna coaching if...
love
You are smart, capable, and completely over feeling like the woman you were at 22 is still making decisions for you
You want a career that pays you what you have earned AND gives you the space to actually live your life — not pick between them
You are ready to do real work — not have someone do it for you — because you want to own your career story permanently
You need someone who understands what it means to carry ambition, responsibility, and exhaustion all at the same time — and still show up every day
You are finished with "maybe next quarter" and ready to make this the quarter you finally choose yourself
You're gonna coaching if...
hate
You want someone to hand you a finished resume and send you on your way — that's the Career Glow Up, and it's a different offer
You are building a business or pivoting into entrepreneurship — I love that for you and this program is not designed for that journey
You have been out of the workforce for several years and are not yet ready to move — this program runs fast and assumes you are ready to implement now
You’re trying to pivot into entrepreneurship, product design, or a “build my own thing” era: I love that for you, but MY COACHING is for professionals staying in or returning to the workforce.
You collect insight but avoid action — if you routinely ghost your own goals, we are not a match yet
TLDR: This isn’t career therapy. It’s a career strategy for women who are done waiting for the “right time” to want more.
How is this different from career coaching I've tried before?
Most career coaching is generic — frameworks built for everyone that work for no one specifically. The Career Reset is built entirely around you. Your industry, your goals, your life, your timeline. And you leave with skills, tools, and a level of self-knowledge you own permanently — not a document that goes stale in six months.
Do you write my resume and LinkedIn for me?
Nope. Most of my clients are working moms because they relate to my story, but I work with any ambitious woman who’s ready to stop settling in her career and step into work that fits her life.
WILL YOU REWRITE MY RESUME AND LINKEDIN FOR ME?
What if I still don't know what I want?
How much time does this take each week?
No — and that is intentional. I coach you through writing them yourself so you understand every word and can update and tailor them for any opportunity for the rest of your career. If you want me to write them for you, add the Career Glow Up at checkout for $800.
That is exactly what Phase 1 is for. You do not come in with clarity — you leave with it.
One 60-minute coaching call plus 1–2 hours of curriculum work and document drafting between sessions. That is it. This was designed for women with full lives — not women with 10 free hours a week.
What if I land a job before we finish?
That is the goal. If it happens before week 12, we use the remaining sessions to negotiate your offer, plan your first 90 days, and make sure you walk in as the most boundaried, well-compensated version of yourself. You lose nothing.
What about the payment plan?
$7,500 paid in full or $2,500 per month for 3 months. Both get you the exact same experience.
When do we start?
Within 48 hours of signing up you'll receive your welcome email, intake form, and access to your private Notion dashboard. Your first call happens during onboarding week.

Weeks it Takes Most Clients to Get an Interview
You have not missed your window. You have not outgrown your potential — you have outgrown the career that was supposed to hold it.
Twelve weeks from now you could still be in the same place. Same Sunday Scaries. Same 1am replays. Same "I'll figure it out after this busy season."
Or you could be sitting in a role you actually chose — logging off when you said you would, breathing without that buzz in your chest, looking at your life and thinking:
Oh. This is what I was waiting for.
The only difference between those two versions of your next 12 weeks is the decision you make right now.
