We get you moving.

CAREER ACCELERATOR

APPLY FOR accelerator

You're not trying to figure out what you want.

You know the kind of role you're looking for.
You know the direction.

You know the level you're ready for.
You can probably picture the kind of work you want to be doing.

And you're ready to actually move.

You want to open your resume and think:
Yep. That's me. And that's exactly why I make sense for this role.

You want your LinkedIn to tell the same story.
You want recruiters and hiring managers to understand the value you bring without having to piece it together themselves.

You want to see a great opportunity and know which resume to use, what to emphasize and why you're pursuing it.

You want to walk into interviews already knowing the story you're there to tell.

You want to talk about your experience without underselling it.
You want to talk about compensation without immediately abandoning your number because the recruiter went quiet for four seconds.

You want to stop wondering:
Am I positioning myself wrong?
Am I applying to the wrong things?
Why am I not hearing back?
Why do I keep getting interviews but not offers?
What am I missing?

And you want somewhere to bring the:
“Recruiter just emailed me. Thoughts?”
“I have an interview Thursday.”
“They want salary expectations.”
“I'm in final round.”
“They made an offer.”
moments.
Because you're not trying to find your direction.

You're ready to take your direction to market—and pursue it like you mean it.

BECAUSE RIGHT NOW?

Maybe your resume technically contains all the right information...
...but it reads more like a record of everything you've done than an argument for where you're going.

Maybe you're pursuing a few related roles and trying to make one resume magically speak to all of them.

Maybe your LinkedIn still tells the story of the professional you were three jobs ago.

Maybe you're qualified for the roles you're applying to but not getting the traction you expected.

Maybe you are getting interviews...
...but you're walking away thinking:
Dammit. I didn't explain that well.

Maybe you've made it to final rounds and found yourself replaying every answer afterward trying to diagnose what happened.

Maybe you know you should be networking but keep putting it off until your materials are “ready.”

Maybe a recruiter asks for salary expectations and suddenly every confident thought you've ever had leaves your body.

Or maybe you've barely started because every time you sit down to job search, you find another thing that apparently needs fixing first.

And maybe every few months you get a burst of:

Resume.
LinkedIn.
Cover letter.
Networking message.
Interview stories.
Salary research.

And suddenly you've spent three hours preparing to job search without actually entering the market.

That's the frustration.

You know you're capable of the role.
But knowing it yourself isn't enough.
The people making hiring decisions have to see it too.

You don't need more career clarity.

You need your experience positioned for the opportunity you're already pursuing.
That's Career Accelerator.
This isn't six weeks of self-discovery.
We're not spending half our time trying to decide what career might make you happy.
And I'm not handing you a resume at the end and sending you into the wilderness with a cheery:
“Good luck, girlie pop!”

Career Accelerator is built around two things:

Get you market-ready.
Then:
Stay strategically involved while you take that positioning into the market.
Because the resume isn't the destination.
Neither is LinkedIn.
They're tools.
The goal is the right next role.
So once the foundations are built, we use the rest of our time to help you pursue that outcome strategically.

Before I was helping women strategically pursue bigger career moves, I was very, very good at following the rules. (I’m a Capricorn, so yeah...)

I’m an immigrant and a millennial. I got the memo early:

Get educated.
Work hard.
Keep proving yourself.
Success and security will follow.

So I did.

i can help because i've been there

All the way to two PhDs. USAID. Johns Hopkins.

A whole career dedicated to improving women’s lives.
On paper?

I had fuckin made it.

In real life?

I was pregnant, sitting at my desk from 7am to 7pm, overworked and underpaid—and still being told I needed to do more.

I remember thinking:

What the actual fuck. I’m doing all of it.

That was the lesson I apparently needed two PhDs to learn.

DOING MORE WAS NEVER THE ANSWER.

Doing more was never the answer.

Four months postpartum, I quit.

And when it was time to figure out how to land somewhere better, I stopped relying on hard work to speak for itself.

I used strategy.

Positioning.

Receipts.

I learned how to tell the story of what I'd done in a way that supported where I wanted to go.

I learned that being qualified and being well-positioned are not the same thing.

That applying harder isn't necessarily the answer.

That the way you position yourself before the interview affects what happens inside it.

That getting an opportunity doesn't automatically make it the right opportunity.

And that knowing what you want is only the beginning.

You still have to know how to pursue it.

Seven years later, I’m still doing it.

I’m a National Certified Resume Writer (NCRW), a second-generation demographer, and I’ve sat on both sides of the hiring table: as the woman fighting for the opportunity and the person deciding who moves forward.

Now I’m the strategist who sees the whole game.

The positioning.
The resume.
The LinkedIn.
The search.
The interview.
The market response.
The compensation conversation.
The offer.

The decision about whether that shiny opportunity is actually right for you.Because your job search isn't a collection of random, disconnected tasks.

It's a strategy.

And when the market gives us new information, we use it.

We don't keep blindly doing more of what's not working.
We look at what's happening.
We diagnose.

We adjust.
We make the next move.

That's why I built Career Accelerator.

You already know where you want to go.

My job is to help you position yourself for it, pursue it strategically, and stay close enough to help you navigate what happens once you're in the market.

Because loving women is my blood type. I took the mission I’d always had and pointed it at women’s paychecks. Their titles. Their careers. Their ability to thrive.

I was you.

Nobody taught us the rules.

So now I do.

Get paid, not just praised.

success stories

JACQUIE • DIRECTOR

New role + $32K raise in about a week

Jacquie knew she was ready for the next-level role. She just didn’t have a way to go for it.

We built her case, positioned the ask, and scripted the conversation with her executive director.

About a week later: new role, $32K more.

“I was so nervous that this process would take forever and be unclear but you got me through it with such a good plan, girl.”

be bold!

JEN • SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

Senior title in two weeks

She was doing the same work as the senior program managers around her.

Not the same title. Not the same pay.

We built the resume, the LinkedIn profile.

5 weeks later, we negotiated a new senior role at $37K increase in benefits.

“I knew you would position me better than I could. You gave me back my confidence.”

REKHA SVP

$8OK  more in benefits

After a career break, she wanted to pivot her career to something that aligned with her schedule as a busy mom.

We rebuilt her entire story around her pivot and networked her new path.

Within 9 weeks, she had interview. 2 weeks later, $80K more in benefits and salary. Fully remote.

“I can’t believe you got me a $80K more girl! I was so scared I wouldn't find my place in this market and you did it all for me."

HERE'S HOW WE TURN “I KNOW WHAT I WANT” INTO AN ACTIVE, STRATEGIC JOB SEARCH.

MODE 1: GET MARKET-READY

First, I build the foundations that take your experience to market. Before our first strategy session, you'll complete a detailed intake and Career History + Accomplishments document.

You'll also send me your existing resume, LinkedIn profile, target roles and examples of relevant job descriptions.

Then we establish your target lanes.
That's important. Because I'm not trying to make you look vaguely impressive.

I'm positioning you for something specific.

Once we agree on those lanes, I get to work.

Your done-for-you resume suite.
Yes.
I write it.

I'll create strategically differentiated master resumes for up to 3–4 agreed-upon target lanes.

So instead of one resume trying to be everything to everybody, you have strong foundational versions built around what you're actually pursuing.

And when Job #27 appears?
We are not rebuilding your professional identity from scratch. You choose the appropriate master version and handle the routine tailoring.

For the opportunities that really matter?

Bring them into our work.

Your LinkedIn revision

I'll strategically revise your LinkedIn profile so it supports the overall search and reinforces the professional story we're taking to market.
Your resume and LinkedIn should feel like they're introducing the same woman.

Your career positioning
We clarify the story connecting:
Your experience.
Your accomplishments.
Your strengths.
Your value.
And the roles you're pursuing.
Because:
“Trust me, I can do this job.”
...is not a positioning strategy.

Your initial search strategy
We decide where you're focusing.
What you're pursuing.
What deserves your energy.
How you're approaching the market.
And what you're not going to spend six weeks doing.
So you're not leaving Mode 1 with prettier documents.

You're leaving ready to use them.
My target is to build these foundational assets over approximately the first week.
Because yes, we're accelerating.
But I'm not rushing the work the rest of your search depends on.

Career Accelerator works in two modes.

Not six modules. Not a rigid curriculum.
Not: “It's Week 4! Apparently we're doing salary negotiation today even though nobody has offered you anything.” Two modes built around what an active job search actually needs.

MODE 2: TAKE IT TO MARKET

This is where Career Accelerator becomes a very different kind of support.

Once you're market-ready, there is no predetermined:
Week 2 = networking.
Week 3 = interviews.
Week 4 = negotiation.

Because the market does not care about my curriculum.

Instead:Whatever is actually happening determines what we work on.

An interview lands?
We prepare for that interview.

You're applying but not getting enough traction?
We diagnose what's happening.

You're getting interviews but not advancing?
Different diagnosis.

A recruiter reaches out about something interesting?
We evaluate it.

You have a final round?
We prepare for the stakes of that conversation.

They ask for compensation expectations?
We strategize.

An offer arrives?
We assess.

You want to counter?
We build the approach.

You land early?
Now we can turn our attention to negotiation, resignation, transition and entering the new role well.

The market moves.
Our strategy moves with it.

WHAT HAVING ME IN YOUR CORNER FOR SIX WEEKS ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

Weekly private strategy sessions

Every week, we meet privately and focus on the highest-value thing happening in your search right now.
No generic agenda.
Your search determines the conversation.

Private Slack support Monday–Thursday, 10am–3pm ET

Because your recruiter does not care that our next call isn't until Friday.
Slack is where you can bring the live strategic questions that come up between sessions:
“Would you pursue this?”
“Which resume lane?”
“Interview Thursday.”
“They asked for salary expectations.”
“I'm in final round.”
“Here's the offer.”
You don't have to sit on every important question until our next call.

Your done-for-you LinkedIn revision

One strategically positioned profile designed to reinforce your overall search and professional story.

Your done-for-you foundational resume suite

Up to 3–4 master resumes built around the target lanes we've agreed on.
You handle routine tailoring.
I handle the foundational positioning and writing.

Interview strategy + preparation

This might be one of the most valuable parts of the engagement.
Because when something isn't working, I don't want your conclusion to be:
“Apparently I'm just not good enough.”
We look at what's actually happening.
Are you getting responses?
Are you getting interviews?
Where are you dropping off?
What is the market responding to?
What might need adjusting?
Your search gives us data.
We use it.

Strategic support when the stakes are higher

Not generic interview coaching for interviews that don't exist yet.
When the opportunity is real, we prepare around the actual role, company, positioning and conversation in front of you.

If an offer arrives, we don't automatically scream YES because somebody finally picked us.
We evaluate it.
Role.
Compensation.
Priorities.
Trade-offs.
Then, where appropriate, we build the negotiation strategy.
Because getting an offer is exciting.
Getting the right offer is better.

Offer evaluation + negotiation strategy

HERE'S THE PART YOU OWN.

Career Accelerator is hands-on.
But I'm not applying to jobs while you sip a latte and wait for an offer letter.

You take the strategy into the world.
You identify and send relevant opportunities.

You submit applications.
You handle routine tailoring.

You network.
You respond to recruiters.

You attend interviews.
You follow through on the actions we agree matter.

And ultimately?

You make the career decisions.

I own the positioning strategy.
I create the agreed-upon foundational resume suite.

I revise your LinkedIn.
I help build and adjust the search strategy.

I prepare you for interviews.
I help diagnose market response.

I help you think strategically about offers and negotiation.
And on the live opportunities where my input can materially improve your approach?

That's where we work together.

You do not need me doing every task in your job search.
You need me involved in the places where my strategic brain matters most.

AND YES, THE OUTCOME WE'RE PURSUING IS A NEW ROLE.

I'm not going to dance around that.
That's why you're here.

You don't want to become exceptionally good at job searching as a hobby.

You want the right next job.

That's what we're working toward.

But there is a difference between working toward an outcome and guaranteeing one.

I can control the quality of the positioning work I do.

We can control the strategy we build.
You can control how consistently you execute it.

We can prepare strategically for the opportunities that come through.

What neither of us controls is when an employer opens the right role, who else applies, whether a company freezes hiring or how long their process takes.

So I will never promise: “Give me six weeks and I'll get you a job.”

What I can promise is that we're not spending those six weeks sitting around waiting for your career to happen.

We're taking the direction you've already chosen and putting it into motion.

Career Accelerator is for you if...

You can clearly tell me what type of role or direction you're pursuing.

You can clearly tell me what type of role or direction you're pursuing.

You're ready to actively take that direction to market now.

You want an expert to position your experience instead of continuing to rewrite your resume alone.

You want your foundational career assets done for you.

You want strategic support while your search is actually happening.

You're willing to apply, network, interview and execute.

And you're ready to stop preparing to make your move.

You want to make it.

This is not for you if...

If I ask:
“What kind of role are we positioning you for?”
and your honest answer is:
“Girl, I have absolutely no idea.”

Career Accelerator isn't the right starting point.

That's Career Reset territory.

Accelerator is also not a job-placement service.

It isn't unlimited custom resume writing.
It isn't unlimited access to me.

And it isn't handing me your career and saying:
“Call me when someone hires me.”

You already know the direction.

Career Accelerator helps you take it to market strategically.

Questions you're probably sitting with

“How do I know whether I need Career Reset or Career Accelerator?”

Ask yourself:
Do I know what I'm trying to pursue next?
If your answer is:
“Not really. I just know I can't keep doing this.”
That's Career Reset.
If your answer is:
“Yes. I know the direction. I need help positioning myself and going after it.”
That's Career Accelerator.
The difference isn't how much support you “deserve.”
It's your starting point.

“What if I land in Week 2?”

That's something I want you to decide based on what you need, what Career Reset provides and where you are in your transition.
I'm not going to tell you spending $7,000 magically guarantees a particular salary, job or financial return.
It doesn't.
What you're investing in is private strategic support through a major career transition—and a process designed to help you leave with a clearer direction, stronger positioning, an actionable strategy and a framework you can continue using after our work ends.
That's also why you don't enroll from this page.
You apply first.
If I believe Career Reset may be aligned with what you need, we'll talk before you make that decision.

“Wait. You actually write my resume?”

Yes.
Once we've agreed on your target lanes, I create your foundational resume suite based on the career history, accomplishments and target-role information you provide.
We're not spending a chunk of our six weeks teaching you to become a professional resume writer.
That's my lane.

“Does that mean you'll customize my resume for every job?”

No.
I'll create master resumes for up to 3–4 agreed-upon target lanes.
You use the appropriate version and handle routine tailoring for individual opportunities.
For particularly important opportunities, bring them into our work and we can look at the strategy together.

“Are you going to make me customize my resume and write a cover letter for every single job?”

No ma'am.
You'll handle routine tailoring and execution using the strategy and foundations we've built.

For particularly important opportunities, we can look strategically at your positioning and approach together.

I'm not interested in creating unnecessary busywork for either of us.

“What if I change my mind about what I want?”

A strategic adjustment is normal.
Realizing:
“Actually, I don't know what I want at all”
means the problem has changed.
Career Accelerator works because we're starting with an established direction.
If that direction fundamentally changes, we'll need to assess whether the new work still fits the scope of Accelerator.

“What if I'm applying and getting absolutely nothing back?”

Then I want to know.
Because that's information.
We look at targeting.
Positioning.
Search activity.
How you're approaching applications.
Whether your experience aligns with what you're pursuing.
Where the search appears to be breaking down.
Then we determine what we can strategically adjust.
That's one of the reasons you hired me.

“What if I don't get a job in six weeks?”

Then our six-week engagement ends as scheduled.
I don't guarantee employment within six weeks because neither of us controls employer decisions or hiring timelines.
Before we finish, we'll conduct a closeout assessment.
What's working?
What's not?
Where are you seeing traction?
What has the market told us?
What should continue?
What needs to change?
You leave with the assets and strategy we've built so you can continue pursuing your target independently.
Where appropriate, we can also discuss whether another six-week private engagement makes strategic sense.
Renewal is not automatic.

YOU ALREADY KNOW WHERE YOU WANT TO GO.

Now we need to make sure the market can see why you belong there.
Let's position your experience.

Build the assets.
Get you into the market.

See how the market responds.
Prepare for the opportunities.

Adjust when we need to.
And navigate the important moments strategically instead of figuring each one out alone.

You don't need another six months of:
“I'm about to start seriously job searching.”
You need to start.
